The Department of Health – Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in Bicutan (DOH-TRC) conducted a virtual aftercare and follow-up session for four discharged Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs). The session focused on the Cycle of Addiction and the Effects of Commonly Abused Drugs.
