Adding a deeply heartfelt touch to the activity was the presence of Raph Decena, a former PDL, member of the Eagles Club. His sincere effort and willingness to give back to the community he once belonged to served as an inspiring reminder that transformation is possible and that acts of kindness can come full circle.
