A five-day haircutting training program is being conducted from June 9 to 13, 2025, for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), through a joint partnership between HAIRAID. Australia and the Quezon City Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council (QCADAAC). The project aims to provide PDLs with livelihood skills to support their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

The training, held inside a Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory, offers free hands-on sessions and professional grooming kits to participating PDLs.
