QCJMD conducted its regular Flag Raising Ceremony led by the City Jail Warden, 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍, together with the Chiefs of Offices and QCJMD personnel.

Highlighting the value focus of the week on prayerfulness, JO1 KRIZZA MAIRZ SAMPAYAN emphasized the importance of seeking God’s guidance in every duty—praying for safety, wisdom, courage, and strength to continue serving with purpose each day.

Following the ceremony, a rank inspection was conducted among QCJ-MD personnel to ensure proper grooming, complete uniforms, and adherence to the standards of discipline and professionalism.
