Tobias, DD called on the PDL to pursue genuine change by strengthening their faith in God, seeking His forgiveness, and living with renewed hope and purpose.

On July 3, 2026, under the supervision of 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍, City Jail Warden, the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory in partnership with the Diocese of Novaliches, conducted a Holy Mass and the Sacrament of Confession at the facility's Activity Area for the persons deprived of liberty (PDL).
