Today’s Flag Raising Ceremony at QUEZON CITY JAIL MALE DORMITORY was led by CITY JAIL WARDEN JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION RPh, together with JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, JINSP ROGELIO D PEREZ, and JINSP JOSE ABNER E MENDOZA.

The activity was made more meaningful through the message of JO2 JAY-ANN W DAWING, who reflected on generosity as a cornerstone of BJMP service. She highlighted generosity through compassion toward Persons Deprived of Liberty, generosity of time and mentorship among personnel, and generosity of integrity in faithfully performing one’s duty.

During the ceremony, personnel from the 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 were also recognized and awarded the 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗟𝗬𝗔 𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 for their commendable performance and dedication to service.

The ceremony concluded with a gentle reminder that in public service, those who serve and give with genuine sincerity are the ones who receive the greatest blessings.
