Graduates of the Hilot NC II Training Program take a meaningful step toward rebuilding their lives through education, training, and determination.

Forty-three (43) persons deprived of liberty including two former pdl graduated from TechVoc Skills and TESDA's Hilot NCII Training Program at the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory Activity Area on June 9, 2026.

President and CEO of TechVoc Skills Inc. Ernesto B Bengzon was joined by TESDA Manila Representative Specialist III Jaclyn Vidal, BJMP-NCR Assistant Regional Welfare Development Division Chief JINSP JOCELYN B RINO, City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, and wellness massage instructors to award the completers with NCII Certificates.

In addition, President Bengzon took the opportunity to recognize TESDA Manila, BJMP-NCR and QCJ-MD through Certificates of Appreciation for providing PDL the chance to participate in skills training programs, opening a pathway to productive reintegration to society. JSUPT PACION likewise presented tokens to the aforementioned individuals for the tireless dedication they gave for the success of the program.

Loved ones of the PDL were also in attendance to witness how they are moving closer to reclaiming their lives by their initiative to learn and develop new skills. The activity concluded with the distribution of Training allowances to TechVoc TESDA Tile Setting Trainees in which they are given an option to send to their families outside or use for necessities in jail.
