Under the leadership of 𝑱𝑺𝑼𝑷𝑻 𝑴𝑨𝑹𝑰𝑨 𝑳𝑢𝑼𝑹𝑫𝑬𝑺 𝑷 𝑷𝑨π‘ͺ𝑰𝑢𝑡, 𝑹𝑷𝒉, City Jail Warden, Dr. Claudette C. Nery and Mr. Romulo Gojar Jr., Case Manager from the Batasan Social Hygiene Clinic, conducted an HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B screening for PDL at the jail facility. The activity was undertaken to strengthen disease prevention efforts through early detection and accurate medical assessment for appropriate treatment and follow-up care.

This initiative further emphasized the provision of health education and counseling, contributing to increased awareness of communicable diseases and the promotion of responsible health practices. The program reflects the jail administration’s continuing commitment to protecting public health, ensuring a safe and orderly custodial environment, and upholding the right of PDL to accessible and quality healthcare services.
