In line with ๐˜•๐˜ฐ ๐˜‘๐˜ถ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜“๐˜ฆ๐˜ง๐˜ต ๐˜‰๐˜ฆ๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ, the Quezon City LGU Veterinary Office kicked-off a Dog Training Program for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) of QCJ-MD on February 18, 2026.

During today's lesson, the participants were introduced to the basics of dog behavioral assessment, and familiarization with shelter animals. The six session activity aims to provide skill development while promoting animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.

Overseeing the event was JCINSP HENRY N FABRO, Chief Health Services Unit. Notable attendees include Veterinarian I Isabela D Rico and Head Trainer Don C Catillo from the Animal Care and Adoption Center.
