Through the coordination of City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, the Quezon City Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO), Quezon City Enginnering Deparment, and Barangay Bagong Silangan joined forces to conduct facility assessment and a discussion on Evacuation Plans for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) on February 5, 2025.

The Small Group Meeting was held to ascertain the situation of the jail facility, present the current jail population and evacuation plan, and identify feasible evacuation areas for both jail personnel and PDL.
