QCJMD warmly celebrated the January Birthday Celebrants among our Persons Deprived of Liberty in a meaningful gathering that highlighted gratitude, hope, and fellowship.

The activity was graced by City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, who also marked her birthday this January, making the occasion even more special. Her presence reflected unity and compassionate leadership.

Also present were JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE and JINSP JOSE ABNER E MENDOZA, together with the Welfare and Development personnel, who supported the successful conduct of the celebration.

Through simple yet heartfelt moments, the activity reminded everyone that every new year of life is a chance for renewal and positive change.
