𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙇𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨 : 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙪𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝘿𝙇𝙨

On September 26, 2025, 𝘑𝘚𝘜𝘗𝘛 𝘔𝘈𝘙𝘐𝘈 𝘓𝘖𝘜𝘙𝘋𝘌𝘚 𝘗 𝘗𝘈𝘊𝘐𝘖𝘕, the new City Jail Warden of QCJMD, led a dialogue with 𝙿𝙳𝙻 𝙲𝚎𝚕𝚕 𝙻𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜 to hear their concerns and suggestions on welfare and security. Together with the Unit Chiefs, she also responded to questions on legal issues, visitation, hygiene, and proposals to improve food services.

The PDL leaders, in turn, expressed their gratitude, noting that positive changes were already felt within JSUPT PACION’s first two weeks of leadership—reflecting QCJMD’s commitment to responsive and participatory jail management.
