Twelve (12) delegates from the International Committee of the Red Cross conducted an inspection visit at the Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory to assess facility conditions and observe ongoing programs and services for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

The visit was carried out under the supervision of City Jail Warden 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 πŒπ€π‘πˆπ€ π‹πŽπ”π‘πƒπ„π’ 𝐏 ππ€π‚πˆπŽπ, together with JCINSP HENRY N FABRO, MD, CFP, IDS, Chief of the Health Unit, and JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, Chief of the Welfare and Development Unit. The team guided and toured the delegates throughout the facility, providing an overview of operations, healthcare services, welfare programs, and the Jail’s commitment to humane custody and rehabilitation.
