𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙨𝙖𝙡: 𝙇𝙖𝙮𝙖, 𝙊𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙐𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣

𝘼𝙧𝙖𝙬 𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙖 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 | More than a hundred Persons Deprived of Liberty were granted early release under the Araw ng Paglaya Program through the Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA).

The activity was led by City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, together with the Quezon City Public Attorney’s Office and the Records Section of QCJMD. Each released PDL received their release papers signed by, signifying the completion of their sentence and the beginning of a new life outside the jail walls.
