Under the leadership of the City Jail Warden, JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION RPh, another batch of PDL successfully completed the Katatagan, Kalusugan at Damayan sa Komunidad (KKDK) Program at QCJMD.

The graduation ceremony was attended by JINSP JOCELYN B RIÑO, Assistant Chief of the Regional Welfare and Development Division, JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, Chief Welfare and Development Section, Mr Alfredo M Foronda, Executive Director of QCADAAC, and Dr Alarianito M Blanco, QCADAAC-DOH Accredited Physician.

Throughout the program, participants were encouraged to reflect on their experiences, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and prepare for life beyond confinement. As a symbol of their commitment to positive change, the graduates took part in the Commitment Tree ceremony, leaving messages of hope and personal promises for the future.

Every journey forward begins with the decision to grow.
