The 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐙𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝚰𝐓𝐘 𝐉𝐀𝚰𝐋 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐌𝚰𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 proudly launched the 𝐍𝐨 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 program, inspired by the acclaimed 𝐍𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 initiative of the 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐙𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐉𝐀𝐈𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 under the leadership of 𝐇𝐎𝐍 𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐑 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄.

This landmark activity was graced by 𝐇𝐎𝐍 𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐑 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄 herself, marking a significant leap forward in ensuring inclusive opportunities for persons deprived of liberty. A Memorandum of Agreement was formally signed between 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄, 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐃𝐑 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐌 𝐒𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐕, and BJMP-NCR represented by 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐀𝐁𝐘 𝐍𝐎𝐄𝐋 𝐏 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐕𝐎, and 𝐐𝐂𝐉𝐌𝐃 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐑𝐏𝐡, solidifying the collaborative commitment of BJMP, DepEd, and the Local Government Unit.

The program aims to empower the PDL through access to essential services, livelihood development, health support, education, and reintegration opportunities. As part of the initiative, PDL beneficiaries received PhilHealth registration, and were visited by the Quezon City Animal Care and Adoption Center in connection with the ongoing pet care training program. Various LGU agencies also extended their assistance, reaffirming their dedication to uplifting the lives of the PDL of QCJMD.

QC Mayor Joy Belmonte conducted a walkthrough of the facility, where she visited the livelihood areas and stopped by the bakery. She warmly commended the PDL-baked Spanish bread, acknowledging the effort and skill poured into each piece.

The launch of No Juan Left Behind stands as a resounding success a testament to collaboration, compassion, and the shared vision of ensuring that every Juan finds hope, dignity, and opportunity within QCJMD.
