PDEA RO NCR conducted an orientation with title: EMERGING DRUGS AND CONCEALMENT METHODS at Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory on January 15, 2026, reinforcing personnel understanding and awareness of illegal drugs.

Mr Paulo Victor A Daculla, Supervising Admin Officer and Chief, Preventive Education and Community Involvement Section, brought jail officers up to speed on the latest forms of dangerous drugs and crafty new ways of smuggling these illicit substances throughout the seminar.

City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, presented certificates and tokens of appreciation for the siginificant contribution of PDEA RO NCR and Mr Daculla in providing jail personnel with enhanced knowledge and strategies against contraband.
