The QC ID serves as an official identification card for Quezon City residents, providing access to government services, medical and financial assistance, educational support, and other social benefit programs offered by the city government.

On May 19, 2026, personnel from the Quezon City Local Government Unit (QC LGU), led by Ms. Nelda Fremista and Mr. Daryl Borgonia, visited the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory (QCJ-MD) to assist persons deprived of liberty (PDL) in able to register their QC ID.

The activity aimed to extend essential government services to PDL and ensure that they are included in various social welfare programs of Quezon City. A total of 60 PDL successfully completed their QC ID registration during the caravan.

The QC ID serves as an official identification card for Quezon City residents, providing access to government services, medical and financial assistance, educational support, and other social benefit programs offered by the city government.

Through initiatives like this, QC LGU continues to promote inclusive public service and support the welfare and reintegration of PDL into society.
