Personnel from Quezon City Jail – Male Dormitory, led by JSINSP JOEL M CRUZ, joined forces with other government agencies and employees of the Quezon City local government to officially open the much-anticipated annual sportsfest in the City, the Quezon City Hall Employees Athletic Association (QCHEAA).

The event marks the beginning of a series of friendly competitions designed to promote a camaraderie, teamwork, and sportsmanship among QC personnel and participating agencies.
