Quezon City Jail–Male Dormitory personnel participated in a Personnel Information & Education Session aimed at strengthening knowledge of jail policies, procedures, and institutional standards. Through continuous learning and open communication, personnel remain equipped to uphold professionalism, discipline, and excellence in public service.

The continous learning of Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory personnel continues during the Personnel Information & Education Session at the jail activity area on June 15, 2026.

With Assistant Warden JCINSP JOHN MICHAEL A ALCOY leading the assembly, HRMDU staff facilitated a discussion on key jail memoranda and processes. A subsequent examination was conducted to ensure that participants had fully comprehended and retained the information. During the meeting proper, JCINSP ALCOY directly addressed the critical areas of personnel morale and institutional discipline.

Also in attendance were Welfare and Development Chief JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, GSU Chief JINSP JOSE ABNER E MENDOZA, and Intelligence and Investigation Unit Chief JINSP EUGENE M MATILDO.
