QCJ-MD personnel reaffirmed their pledge to Country and Service throughout the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on January 12, 2025 at the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory Basketball Court.

JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, City Jail Warden, and JSUPT ORLANDO M ALICANTE JR, Assistant Warden, presented a certificate of appreciation during the activity to SJO1 Joy R Arga for the exemplary performance of her duty.

SJO1 Arga, also designated inspirational speaker, delivered a message about selflessness: “Being selfless means making choices that are just, even when they are difficult or unpopular. A selfless public servant serves not for praise or power, but out of a genuine desire to improve lives and strengthen trust between the government and the people.”
