Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory proudly launched its celebration of National Women’s Month, honoring the strength, resilience, and invaluable contributions of women in the Bureau.

The event began with a vibrant parade around the facility’s triangular area, setting the tone for a day of celebration and recognition. This was followed by an inspiring message from JINSP ARLENE TRISTE, Chief of the Health Service Unit, and one of QCJMD’s empowered women leaders. She highlighted the dedication and perseverance of QCJMD’s women personnel, who continue to excel despite various challenges.

Following the ceremony, QCJMD women personnel participated in a series of traditional Filipino games, including Patintero, Tumbang preso, Sack Race, and Pukpok Palayok. These activities not only brought joy and excitement but also fostered camaraderie, teamwork, and unity among participants.
