Spearheaded by City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, with the support of Assistant City Jail Warden JSUPT ORLANDO M ALICANTE JR and the Chiefs of Offices, the session focused on enhancing searching procedures and strengthening the vigilance of custodial personnel, especially in preparation for the upcoming commitment activities.

The activity also served as an avenue for QCJMD personnel to share their thoughts and suggestions, fostering a healthy exchange of ideas and promoting teamwork and continuous improvement within the jail community.
