A total of 170 graduates completed the TESDA Tilesetting NC II program in a graduation ceremony held at the Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory (QCJMD). Among them, 110 were Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and 60 were released individuals. This program was made possible through the partnership of TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) and Techvoc Skills Inc. It focused on helping PDL and former PDL gain useful skills and prepare for work in the construction industry.

Ms. LORRIENNE JUDITH MARIE G. JUANANI, TESDA Manila District Director, was the guest speaker, represented by Ms. JACKLY VIDAL, TESDA Specialist III. They expressed TESDA’s continued support for training programs inside jail facilities.
