On June 9, 2026, Quezon City Jail Warden, JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, together with JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, Chief, Welfare and Development Section, warmly welcomed representatives from the Regional Juvenile Justice and Welfare Committeeโ€“NCR during their regular inspection and monitoring visit at the facility.

The activity focused on assessing the detention conditions and rehabilitation programs provided to persons deprived of liberty, particularly in relation to welfare, development, and reintegration initiatives. The inspection was led by Ramon Antonio Sabinario, Public Attorney III, PAO Manila City, accompanied by representatives from the Public Attorney's Office Manila City, Women and Children Protection Desk, and ACAY Mission Philippines.
