July 21, 2026 - On this day, dedicated personnel across various units of the Quezon City Jail โ€“ Male Dormitory gathered at the Main Conference Room for a Therapeutic Community (TC) Enhancement Seminar.

Under the inspiring guidance of SJO4 Mona Liza B Marzan, Regional Executive Senior Jail Officer (RESJO) of BJMP-NCRO/ Regional Therapeutic Community Focal Person, and the Chief, Welfare and Development Section, JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, our officers engaged in meaningful discussions focused on enhancing both the intellectual and spiritual dimensions of PDL care within a correctional facility.

Recognizing that caring for others begins with supporting our workforce, the program also dedicated time for personal reflection and wellness. Facilitators led interactive sessions where personnel could openly express their thoughts and feelings, fostering mutual support and equipping officers with healthier ways to overcome work-related stress and personal challenges.
