Under the leadership of 𝗝𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗣 𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡❟𝗥𝗣𝗵, City Jail Warden, a Sunday Mass was held on April 19, 2026, at the chapel area, where Rev. Fr. Armando Labora delivered an inspiring homily for the Persons Deprived of Liberty.

In his message, Fr. Labora encouraged the PDL to keep moving forward despite life’s many challenges, reminding them that they are never alone as long as they continue to walk with Jesus in their daily lives. His words emphasized faith and hope amid adversity.

Following the Mass, the Restorative Justice Ministry (RJM) of the Diocese of Novaliches conducted a gift-giving activity for 200 PDL who attended the service. The initiative aimed to show compassion and support, and to make them feel they belong, while continuing the Church’s mission of care and restoration.
