On July 17, 2026, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) College of Education Alumni Foundation Inc. conducted an outreach program for the persons deprived of liberty (PDL) held at the facility's Activity Area.

The outreach brought joy to the PDL as the alumni foundation generously shared their blessings by distributing food, bringing smiles and a sense of hope to the beneficiaries. QCJ-MD City Jail Warden, ๐‘ฑ๐‘บ๐‘ผ๐‘ท๐‘ป ๐‘ด๐‘จ๐‘น๐‘ฐ๐‘จ ๐‘ณ๐‘ถ๐‘ผ๐‘น๐‘ซ๐‘ฌ๐‘บ ๐‘ท ๐‘ท๐‘จ๐‘ช๐‘ฐ๐‘ถ๐‘ต, warmly welcomed the guests and expressed her heartfelt gratitude for their generosity.

The activity highlights the support of partner organizations in helping improve the welfare of the PDL and encouraging them through simple acts of kindness.
