The University of Santo Tomas Alumni Association, Inc. (UST AAI) delivered the gift of music for the 300 March Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) Birthday Celebrants of Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory and jail personnel from their fellow Alumni Rainmakers during the mini-concert titled, 'Ginintuang Handog Para Sa Kaibigan' on March 23, 2026.

City Jail Warden, JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, RPh, an alumna of the University of Santo Tomas, helped bridge QCJ-MD and the UST AAI, making the program possible and bringing an unforgettable experience to the facility.

After their concert, JSUPT PACION gave the Rainmakers and guests a tour of the jail including the livelihood showroom in where they got to see the talent and skill of QCJ-MD Livelihood Workers.

Notable attendees include Corporate Secretary JOCELYN F AGCAOILI and Atty DWIGHT M RAMOS of the UST AAI. Kristian B offered his voice and talent with the guitar to open the program.
