Led by the Assistant City Jail Warden, JSUPT ORLANDO M ALICANTE JR, together with the Chief Administrative Unit, JCINSP CHRISVIL O VILLAMOR, QCJMD held its Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on November 24, 2025.

The activity reaffirmed the commitment of QCJMD personnel to public service, discipline, and professionalism. Updates and reminders for the week were also highlighted, ensuring smooth and coordinated operations across all units.
