The personnel of the QCJ-MD conducted the weekly Flag Raising Ceremony under the leadership of 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍,𝐑𝐏𝐡, City Jail Warden, together with 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐇𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐘 𝐍 𝐅𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐎, 𝐉𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐋 𝐏 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄, and 𝐉𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐎 𝐃 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐙.

The ceremony was made more meaningful through the inspiring message of JO3 Carlee Mae Cruz, highlighting the value of self-development and continuous growth in strengthening integrity and excellence in public service.

Furthermore, the City Jail Warden commended the personnel for their exemplary performance and dedication to service. She also distributed chocolates to all personnel, bringing sweet smiles to their faces in celebration of the recent Valentine’s Day

In addition, the ceremony concluded with a thorough rank inspection led by the City Jail Warden, alongside key officials, ensuring that personnel upheld the highest standards of discipline, appearance, and professionalism.
