The Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory, under the leadership of 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐍,𝐑𝐏𝐡, City Jail Warden, conducted its traditional flag raising ceremony as part of its regular monday observance, reaffirming the personnel’s commitment to discipline and public service.

The ceremony was led by JCINSP HENRY N FABRO, together with JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE and JINSP EUGENE M MATILDO, guiding personnel in honoring the Philippine flag and reinforcing patriotism and professionalism.

During the program, JO1 Angel Ochavillo delivered the Value Focus, highlighting that the responsibility of a jail officer goes beyond maintaining security, it also requires integrity and compassion in handling persons deprived of liberty and supporting their rehabilitation.

The activity reminded QCJ-MD personnel of their commitment to discipline, core values, and public service.
