Under the leadership of JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, City Jail Warden, together with JSINSP PHILOMEL P MALAZARTE, QCJMD personnel, and NHQ JO1 trainees, held the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony.

During the program, JO1 Mark Kenneth M Santillan, Speaker of the Day, delivered the Value Focus of the Week, emphasizing the importance of “Responsiveness and Alertness.”

A Rank Inspection was also conducted to ensure discipline and proper bearing among personnel. The ceremony concluded with the awarding of Certificates of Commendation to selected personnel who have demonstrated exemplary performance and commitment to their duties and responsibilities especially to JO1 Mark Jayson Palisoc, who heroically stood in the line of fire to defend someone in need.
