𝗧𝗨𝗣𝗔𝗗 𝗣𝗗𝗟 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝘂𝘁 | As the TUPAD Program for Persons Deprived of Liberty comes to a close, QCJMD held the much-awaited payout for participating PDL workers.

Facilitated by the City Jail Warden, JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION, personnel from DOLE-NCR personally visited the facility to process their wages, which were converted into vouchers redeemable for amenities inside the jail.
