City Jail Warden JSUPT MARIA LOURDES P PACION attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the ANTHILL Circularity Hub at the Payatas Controlled Disposal Facility, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City.

Graced by Mayor JOSEFINA “JOY” BELMONTE, Ms. JOY ANYA LIM of ANTHILL Fabric Gallery, Ms. LORELLE QUIAMBAO-OSIAL of Shell Pilipinas, and Ms. EDELYN CASTRO of Maybank Philippines, the event launched “UNANG HABI,” a program empowering Payatas women through creative livelihood under the DEAR ME Community, with plans to collaborate with Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) for future initiatives.
