Last February 26, 2025, the Quezon City LGU conducted the Joy 101 Urban Farming Orientation a Productive Skills Training for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) and personnel of Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory (QCJMD).

What began as an orientation is now a reality, the training has officially commenced. Despite weather challenges and limited space, the QCJMD is maximizing its available area by utilizing the rooftop for sustainable farming.
